Returns

We want you to love your Lili Chérie products! However, due to the nature of beauty products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at care@lilicherie.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is defective or incorrectly sent. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming checkout.
